🛡️ fnplug Buyer Protection
Your purchases on fnplug are protected. Seller payouts are held for 48 hours after delivery — giving you time to verify the account before the seller gets paid. If something isn't right, we step in to help.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing on fnplug.cc, you automatically agree to these terms of service.
2. Platform Role
fnplug is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers. fnplug does not own the accounts listed by third-party sellers. All transactions are between the buyer and the seller.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if:
• You did not receive your item
• The login credentials provided do not work
• The account does not match the listing description
For any of the above, submit a support ticket immediately with your order ID and proof (screenshots of failed login or mismatched details). The seller will be required to provide working credentials, a replacement, or a refund.
4. Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For
• Buyer's regret or change of mind
• Account has been resold elsewhere after purchase
• Account was not properly secured after transfer (failure to change email, password, or enable 2FA)
• Account was banned or suspended due to buyer's actions (using hacks, mods, or violating game ToS)
• Buyer contacted Epic Games Support or other game authorities after purchase
• Communications with the seller were taken outside of fnplug (e.g. Discord, Telegram). Off-platform conversations will not be accepted as evidence in disputes
5. Securing Your Account
You are responsible for securing the account immediately after receiving login details. This includes changing the email, password, and enabling 2FA.
fnplug is NOT responsible for accounts that get recovered because the buyer failed to properly secure them.
If an email gets locked during the securing process due to too many failed attempts, that is the buyer's responsibility.
6. Disputes & Communication
If you experience an issue, submit a support ticket with your order ID and screenshots. All deliveries are logged with timestamps, order IDs, and blockchain transaction hashes.
Always keep all communications on fnplug. We cannot protect or help you in disputes if conversations were taken off-platform. Keep all messaging and transactions on-site to avoid scams.
False dispute claims will result in being permanently blacklisted from the platform.
7. Fraudulent Claims
Fraudulent claims include but are not limited to:
• Filing a chargeback through a payment processor after receiving the purchased item
• Claiming non-delivery after account details were provided and accessed
• Attempting to recover an account through Epic Games Support after purchasing it
Users who file fraudulent claims will have their accounts permanently suspended and will be banned from the platform.
8. Risk Acknowledgment
Buying and selling gaming accounts involves inherent risk. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
fnplug is not affiliated with Epic Games, Inc. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Epic Games on accounts after delivery.
9. Seller Terms
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. fnplug takes a platform fee per sale. Remaining funds are paid out to sellers.
Seller payouts are held for a minimum of 48 hours after delivery to allow buyers time to verify the account. During this period, if a buyer files a valid dispute, the payout will be withheld and used to refund the buyer. Sellers agree to this hold period by listing on fnplug.
Sellers caught scamming buyers — including delivering invalid credentials, empty accounts, or misrepresented listings — will be permanently blacklisted. Their active listings will be removed, pending payouts will be frozen, and they will be banned from creating new accounts.
10. Bans & Enforcement
fnplug reserves the right to ban any user (buyer or seller) at any time for violating these terms. Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing the platform. Ban evasion attempts will be detected and enforced.
